I'm finishing module for reading CDS/ISIS data and before releasing it
to CPAN I would appreciate peer review from perl4lib subscribers.

It's perl-only module (as opposed to OpenIsis which is depreciating it's
XS binding) and has support just for reading. It's developed for WebPAC
(library data search engine) so I never needed ability to search Isis
files directly.

Module documentation is available at:
http://www.rot13.org/~dpavlin/projects/perl/IsisDB/pod2html/IsisDB.html

and whole tarball of module is at:
http://www.rot13.org/~dpavlin/projects/perl/IsisDB-0.08.tar.gz

If somebody is using CDS/ISIS (or WinIsis or IsisMarc) I would be
grateful if you try to dump your database using dump_isisdb.pl included
in scripts directory of distribution. If there are any problems, please
report them to me.

I also have doubts about module name (claiming new top-level IsisDB
name-space on CPAN is probably not right thing to do), but I couldn't
think of better one -- aside from Isis, but since it implements just
reading it doesn't make sense. Isis::Read comes to mind, but it's not
much better (and I do plan to add write support to module at one point
in time).

Thanks for your time and happy new year.
