Nope. No compression

Tried that. When kernel hits 99%, lockstat doesn't return. I left it overnight
with a 20 second profile period and it still hadn't return.

Just installed 2009.06 and encounter 100% kernel usage when I copy large files
from the network to a zpool. I have tried to use both the smb client and rsync
to do the transfer.
The transfer begins with no issues, however, after 20-30 seconds, kernel usage
(as indicated by top) jumps to 9
