Well you kind of have AV mode, but only at full aperture. The lens will
not stop down nor will the camera know what the lens aperture is set
to. I'd avoid using AV mode with K or M lenses.

PhotoShop could improve the picture. A hand shaded gradient layer and much
more careful colour and contrast changes needed.
