Why do you use the bbc embedded player whilst there are much simpler
options? You can redirect it to either windows media player or real
player. Once you get the particular station playing in windows media
player you can then bookmark it and you never have to faff on the web
site again.

they reach a certain number of free users, which I also want to avoid.
So then I guess the question comes down to this. Is there a way to play
Live 365 preferred content through Winamp or WMP?

Hi Chris
Not sure if you will be able to access it or not but that option is
usually in the language options for the DVD. You get various languages
and surround sound options and then something about audio described.
Hope you can find the language menu.

Talk about going all around the houses. Just open up EZ creator and
select either a music or data cd and then select the tracks from within

Don't think alt 3 will work with a streaming file, well it doesn't on my
machine anyway. If you are running jaws then press insert shift t and
the track info will be displayed just arrow down through the info and
hit escape when you are done.

All very well but this wont work with windows media player or real
player as you cant control what card these two go to they just go to the
default along with your synth. You can get round this with Jaws by
adding a line to the ini file to point jaws to a particular card.

Hi
One is an internal card that sits inside your pc case and the exdigy is
an external USB card that you plug into a free USB slot, hence the

Hi Again
yes you could direct jaws to the onboard card using the instructions in

want so that is optional from within the winamp settings. things like
real player and windows media player do not however so you have to

I cant see from your last mail what program you are using to rip but
check out your settings as in most you can tell the prog what speed your

Hi Terry
I record with goldwave all the time. You probably dont have the what

Hi
It depends which output plugin you are using. I use the sqr crossfader
and with this you go to the output in preferences and hit the configure
button for the plugin. It drops you in the device tab and the first item
you tab to is a list box which should contain the list of recognised
cards.
Hi
Hit the applications key or right mouse click on the file you want to

Before messing around with an external Ariel why don't you remove the
top of the box and inside you will find two pots, if you turn these
clockwise it will boost the signal and give you more range and volume.

Hi Don't have WMP 10 on my machine at work so off the top of my head why
don't you try the following.
Get the stream you want to bookmark playing and then go to the file menu
and arrow down to add to library and then right arrow into the sub menu
and arrow down to add currently playing playlist.
If you are not going to include replies then what is the bloody point of
replying with the word right? Between crap like this and requests for
files recently I am going to give this list a miss if it carries on.
Come back Jeff all is forgiven

There are also short cut keys to adjust balance.
Control alt and k will put the balance in the centre
Control alt h will go full left
Control alt ; will go full right
Control alt j and l will go half way to their respective sides.
