sound taxi question

hi listers. i'm trying to convert an audio book but sound taxi doesn't convert all of it. the book is 6 hours 57 minutes but it only does 6 hours 22 minutes. has anybody had problems with this? i've checked and double checked the settings and nothing seams out of order. help! with this please? J
