The following comes from a Melbourne perspective, I live just outside Melbourne
thus I listen to both Digital and AM radio.

Maybe that is a good idea. Yes, I forgot to talk about the power
adapter, as I forgot that unit does work and come with an normal
adapter as wel. In the case of the normal adapter I'm not sure if you
will get that notification. But with USB defnitly. Goodluck.
