I've successfully burnt .mp3 onto an audio cdr no problems.
I use Starburn which, when you specify create an audio cdr, looks at the
source file and performs the necessary conversion and the cd plays on my
Revox B225 machine, purchased in 1985 no problems at all. Just be aware of

I recently got a desktop with a PCI tv tuner, hauppauge winTv hvr-1250
windows update found the drivers. I need software to make it work. I'm looking
for suggestions for accessible software to run the tuner.

centre which will run these things, have you considered that?

Oh! forgot to mention, I got software with my TV Tuner Video card, I use
Winfast PVR2. I'd call it accessible yep though you need to move the mouse
around a bit and do a little clicking though all the Screen Readers I've used -
including my personal favourite of NVDA - have perfectly good navig
Windows Media Center is pretty accessible after the initial set up.
