It's easy to download Main Menu and other ACB Radio shows from
ftp://acbradio.org
You can identify what MP3 files to download for a particular show from
the M3U file.

Since I installed Yahoo Messenger, I got a problem with my PC's default sounds.
The audio's natural volume decreased against the 100% volume control settings.
My Windows XP default sounds are not functioning even the sounds settings are
still set to previous settings before I experienced audio
If you are using Replay Media Catcher please uninstall it via control panel's
add/remove, reboot your PC and then download Replay Media Catcher 3.01 which is
the new version now. I use JAWS 9.
You can capture alot of videos with this application.
