I would think it would probably be Soundforge!

I already have a registered copy of Total Recorder 6.X. If I upgrade to version
7, do I have to pay another $35.00? Or, do I just install version 7 over 6?
Thanks for all answers.

Hi Milton,
You can just install version seven over the top of version six and
everything will work okay as long as you already have a valid
registration key for version six. I upgraded from version 6.1 to 7.0
without any problems.
Regards Steve.

Your best bet would be to go to their site and read the agreement because
what you can do may depend on it.

hi guys,
I'm wanting to use Winamp to play local Internet Radio Stations here in

There are a few stations like Radio Clyde FM, Real Radio fm, 5 live,
Sportsound Scotland Medium wave, where you get the footy.
I just want to be able to add them to Winamp,

Hello everyone. I just got a computer, and it has Vista. the sound card has
an Optical SPDIF out. I have tried connecting this into my speakers which

You would need to go to control panel then sound.
Once in the sound panel select your spdif device and set it as default,
there should be a checkbox for that.

I just bought an audiobook in Windows Protected Media format which I
intend to convert to MP3 so I can put it on a portable player that
does not handle WMA protected media. The thing I usually do when I
have Windows Protected Media files is to turn each file into a .WAV
file by burning it to a CD,
High Steve,
I'm not 150% sure, but I think a peace of software that's called DB POWER
AMP will do this for you without having to burn them to CD.

Hi.
Ipods are tougher to get to use, depending on which ones you buy. Ipods and
mp3 players are the same thing, or rather, an Ipod is an mp3 player. I have
the Zen stone 2gb plus. I have like 50 podcasts on it with 0.6gb free still
yet.

Good question
!
I am not a user of Total Recorder so I cannot comment on whether TR has
these features or not.
Among the features I find invaluable in Replay AV are the following:
(1) ability to record a stream prior to its reaching the sound card.
(2) ability to record multiple streams
Is it possible to download earlier version? If so where do I go?

Mike, thanks for such a detailed rundown of RAV which I do have as a
trial at the moment.
At first it wouldn't pick up on my Delta Audio mixer, but it did sort
itself out eventually, so I shalll very likely purchase AV Recorder now.
Be interesting to see comments of T R users if any come along.

Hi,m
DeepPro Amp won't do WMA/DRM.
As other's have mentioned, Sound Taxi Platinum.
is your best choice.
You could also play the entire book on your computer and record it with
Total Recorder.
