Olympus DS-50 will do the trick real nicely, and any of the PDAs using
MobileSpeak Pocket speech software will work great. These are probably the
easiest to lay your hands onto.

I don't think it matters where you buy the DS-50, because it seems to be priced
the same.

I suspect that 0.0001% of podcatcher users know the urls of their podcasts
!!
Seriously, are you seeking the urls of podcasts you are already subscribed
to, or to podcasts you wish to subscribe to.
If the former, go to the downloads menu,
down arrow to subscriptions

ON the subject of the ds50, where can you get one in Canada? I'm
here in Ontario, and I've called around to various stores, and it
seems that none of them seem to have heard of the product.

Here's a review of the new Creative Labs Wav, an MP3 player with
built-in speakers. The biggest disadvantage seems to be, that it
doesn't offer dedicated volume buttons:

You might want to try the Edmonton distributer in Canada, otherwise, their's
a distributer in Ontario that sells it, or you can get it from online
places.

I did a ten minute Skype podcast with Brian Hartgen the author
of the Jaws scripts for the YouSendIt plugin.
The YSI plugin is part of the Replay AV 8.21 software program.

I used the Callburner program from:

Is there a catalog somewhere of all your Replay AV podcasts.
You have done a ton of these, and a big vote of thanks is yours, but as a

And the podcast you directed me over the weekend for url finder, and a

Hi Clifford,
Well, I followed your advice and used the real player music store. You are
right it is much easier. Now I have two more problems though.
First of all, when I bring up real player it automatically goes out to the
internet and plays me about 30 seconds of clips that I'm not interest

Chris,
When in Real Player, to go the Tools menu, alt+T and arrow up or down,
to Preferences. The first item in perferences is how to what page you
want Real Player to open. I think you have to tab down once and then

Hi Clifford,
Thanks. I have one more question.
Can I uninstall rhapsody and, if I do will real player still be able to use
the music store. I found 3 songs I've been looking for so that part works
really well. But for some reason rhapsody keeps wanting to load for me and
I don't want it to.
Chris,
I don't really know. I feel pretty sure that you can remove Rapsody
without affecting use of Real Player or its music store. I guess I'd go
ahead and if there's a problem, reload.
Good luck.

Hey, Clifford,
It worked!
I uninstalled rhapsody and set preferences to real player and I didn't get
the unwanted clips when I opened real player.
So, then I went to music store and got the screen to search for music. I
think this should work. Now I just need to get my list created. Do you
Chris,
I do add all my tracks to the library so Real Player knows where to find
them. For new clips, this is done automatically by the program, I

That doesn't sound like a bad deal at $99 for the 4gb model. I like the

Frontier Computing are the distribueters of Jaws, and Window-Eyes, and zoom

What's the URL for Frontier?

It really depends on what you're trying to convert. Lossy to lossy
conversion is ... well, my views on the subject are more or less
legendary. But if it's music you're converting, then my best suggestion
would be to experiment and work out what sounds best for you. Different
