The folks that produce this program need to get some lobbying from us and
blindness agencies etc.

audigy is good, but if you wish to step up to a better break out box and a
more commercial card, you might take a look at the delta 44.
It depends on how you're going to set up your station.

HI Peter,
Well it's a single person who has made this program poikanen from finland,
and he is a very nice and polite person to speak to, so just go ahead and
write him a friendly letter about this.
This is the only way of getting the programmers attention.
Best regards
Brian

I'm finding that conversion of "rm" or "asf" files to mp3 is taking several
minutes (up to eight), and occasionally fails. These files are only one hour
or about 20 meg in size.
The problem persists even with latest versions of 8.08 and Replay Converter
2.75.

Listers,
I received this CD called Roxio digital media plus with my new computer. The
CD doesn't have any version number.
Has anyone out there heard of this program? Will it work with jaws?
I've never heard of a Roxio program that doesn't have a version number?
Oh, well, I'm here listening.

Hello,
If anyone on the list has an Olympus DS50, I'd be grateful if you could
answer the following questions for me.
I have heard that you can alter the playback speed of files on the DS50,
increasing the speed to a maximum of 1.5 times. Does this apply to MP3
files you copy to the player as we
I can sympathise with your problem. The problem with ear mounted mics is
that any movement of the head is bound to cause a shift in the stereo field.
Having said that, you won't get a good recording with them placed under a
seat. Why not just use a good stereo mic? Alternatively, you could build

Not quite as well, since the weight of the 78 is greater. If I can find the
stuff, I'll make one.

My program seems to have lost the feed for this. I tried going into ie, and
setting it up again, but it didn't seem to want to tell me the feed address,
and said somethng about setting it up so that pods downloaded into my
favourites. This doesn't seem to have worked.
Any help deeply appreciated,
Why not get someone with a table saw or router to cut a ten inch circle with a
hole in the center from a piece of plywood. this would even be heavier than the
record, and you could probably put a base of some kind underneath it to hold
the
thing stable.

Well someone suggested a cap to place the mics on each side of it but these are
gooseneck mics that are tiny. I can't use a stereo mic because the thing would
be to big and I have to place it under a seat so no one trips over it. It's my
friend who is probably going to be recording this fror me
to bad you can't buy a fake head, with ears that will fit the mics, from the
dollar store and place that under your chair and a bag or something in front of
it so no one will get spooked. that'd be a good trick.

Listers,
I've never heard of this one. Roxio digital media plus?
This CD came with my new computer, but can it be used with Jaws?
If anyone out there know about this program please, if you will, let me know
about it.
I was surprise that no version number was on the cd.
Well, okay, I'm here listeni
Yes, you can speed up and slow down MP3 and Audible files copied to the DS-50.
I am not sure whether they are still stereo or not, but I believe they are
still stereo.

I'm trying to find a dealer in Canada for the Olympus ds-50 accessible MP3
voice recorder. I've Googled all over and can't find one. Couple stores
had ds-40 and ds-30 but not ds-50.
I wonder where I can get a good deal in Canada. I may have to order from
the US but I prefer not to.
