Hi Gary. ABR does yield a better quality file than CBR. With CBR, the music is crudely cut off at exactly the bit rate chosen. With ABR, the encoder keeps the bit rate around what you've chosen but it does this by taking spare capacity from parts of the music where it's not needed and adding

Hello there Hank! Not to certain of which screenreader you might be running, but in WE I simply go to the channel lineup and do a search for the channel which I am looking for. I use the search in the screenreader. There might be another / easier way but I am not aware of it.

since I see that this question hasn't gotten an answer, I will tell you what I know about it. It seems to work the same way in versions 10 and 121. You can't use the shift-ctrl-g keystroke to achieve variable rates of speed. If you want more speed than this shortcut allows, first go into the
