The option you want is only called "what you hear" on SoundBlaster cards. If
you have some other brand of card, it may be called something like "stereo
mix" or "stereo mixer." But it should function the same way.

For later versions, it is best to use the latest beta scripts. The latest
official release which is indeed 3.0 do not work as well with the latest
versions of skype as the beta scripts do.
