Hi, Gary, it turns out that the winamp site is messed up somehow,
because others are reporting a page not found error when sending in the
data from the user information dialog, and I did reinstall, but I now
know that was unnecessary, and lost some fine settings, but I can
always get those back, ju
Hi, when I place a book mark in an mp3 file, I of course use the alt-I and jaws
states that the bookmark is added. Now, how do I get to that book mark in the
future. What is the command? I am sorry for my ignorance but, I must be
looking in the wrong places for answers.

Hi.
To choose a bookmark that you've made with alt+i, hit alt+f in
winamp, hit b for bookmarks, hit right arrow, and you should be in a menu
where you can move among bookmarks. Simply select the one you want and hit
enter.
Note that you don't place a bookmark in an MP3 file, you bo
No, Jaws users can put a bookmark in a file when using Winamp. m to place a
time marker, and shift alt m to go to a list of previously created marks.

Hi,
I'm still trying to tolerate WinMX, but am wondering if there is a way to go
back to 3.53? I'm finding it almost impossible to navigate the program with
this beta 3.54 and have major focus problems in general until I restart the
computer. Reinstalling the JFW scripts didn't help either.
Hi, Peter.
That's so, and I mentioned it in the message. I said, in the message

Hi. You would hit alt f together for file menu; then the letter b by itself.
Alt f and then b takes you to the bookmarks sub-menu and you can either enter
or right-arrow right there and go down the list and find your bookmark. Hope
this helps.

Terminology is very important here. Aman is correct. A bookmark is *NOT* a

Hello,
I have been using Cdex version 1.50 for a long time without
difficulty, both on my XP home system and on my 98 S E system.
This morning, I installed version 1.51 on my 98 S E system and could
not get the program to load. I tried this first with Window Eyes 5.5
and then with JFW 6.2, wi

Hi Don.
Many people have encountered problems with version 1.51 of CDEx on a variety
of operating systems. There is no advantage I know of between versions
1.5.1 and 1.5.0 so my strong advice would be to go back to 1.5.0.
Regards.

Hmmm. I am not sure it will work because I tried it out on my Windows
Melennium machine and it doesn't work. I guess I'll have to get Total

Hi Don,
I never had any success with version 1.5 on Win98SE.
I am however, running it on WinXP home, with no problems.
Whether the upgrade is necessary or better, probably depends on what you
want to use the program for.
I use it only for ripping, on both machines, so the added features didn't

Julie, I do not know the answer to your question with certainty;
however, I doubt that Cdex can do those conversions.

Hi everybody! Has anybody heard that WinMX is no longer available? If so,
could any of you help me in finding an accessible piece of software like
WinMX (but one you have to pay for) to use?
Please let me know whenever possible. Thank you very much.
