Signing up with Pay Pal is fairly accessible. I say, "fairly"
because, and this is true of the graphical captchas themselves, the
audio characters you hear will be garbled, kind of like the
clandestine short-wave radio stations or a twelfth-generation
cassette copy.
Hi. Yes, you do need an account to use paypal. when you want to buy
something, you click a pay pal button on a site you're on which takes
you to a page where you can log in. then you are shown the product
you're buying and it's as simple as clicking one little pay button.
