Shannon! You can convert a text book to MP3 at any bit rate allowed by Text
Aloud. The higher the bit rate the better the fidelity but the more room it
will take up. A synthesizer reading text probably doesn't need all the
fidelity that music would for you. Most people encode talking books etc. at
mice?
This sight doesn't give allot of info on what ever these are.

Note: 32 bit is usually used for mono recordings and the quality is not
always that good.
