You use the up and down arrows to control the volume in Winamp.

section of the Winamp preferences? To check if you do, what you'll

I just downloaded Winamp 523. There doesn't seem to be a way to change
the volume in Winamp. The Global (?) short cut keys said to use
"Alt+control+up or down" to control the volume from any application. This
doesn't seem to work. Does it work for others? What settings would be
helpful?
