Personally, if I had to choose between Replay AV and RedButton, and I
could only have one, my personal choice would be Replay av -- and, for the
record, I have and use both.

The jump back and forward options are triggered by buttons you click on.
They work a lot of the time, but not 100% of the time -- at least that's
how it goes with a screen reader.
Hopefully, now that you have clued in the developer on what he needs to

To use the radio station database, there is no charge.
The program RedButton, however, is a commercial products which sells for
around $30 or so.
RadioTime offers the program with a free 2-week trial period.
So you can indeed try before you buy.
