Radiotime is recording software. I am beta testing RedButton tuner 2.937 build for accessibility with JAWS 9. I have direct communications with the developer of RedButton. He's in Russia. You can definitely use the web based interface to schedule your recordings. They have an excellent radio guide. Ask Mike P. and I agree with him. If any of you use this program please post the bugs you may have on this list so I can forward them to the developer. They are listening to me and are interested in improving the software. The developer told me he now understands the unlabeled graphics and to use alt tags and tags after I explained it to him via email.
