The program I use to do this is Easy CD-DA Recorder; this feature is one of the
options it offers when ripping a track.

F9 is the keystroke if your ripping to mp3 after the tracks are selected.

If you have windows media player 10 it's not hard to use at all for ripping
tracks.

I'd recommend using CD ex. The command is in the convert menu, called
rip selected tracks to compressed files if you want them in MP3. The
command for it is f9.
