Hey you can do it with Easy CD DA Extractor. When you open the program, and go to the output tab, it's a checkbox labeled "Single file output." Check the box then go to the list box of tracks which in the latest version does not speak but it is the only place where you hit tab and JAWS says nothing, so just hit f8 there and off you go!
