Something else must be causing a problem with real as I have always been
able to close it with alt-f4. Try alt-f x.

Sometimes I experience this as well. I have found, that if you minimumize
the application, and then go back into, you can sometimes close it. If that
doesn't work, hit the alt key, and arrow up or down to exit. That's what I
do usually.

Hi Cindy. I have the same problem with that program. You can close it by
pressing alt+f and then X.
