When I upgraded from Nero 6 I didn't have the original CD to hand and had to
resort to finding the SN in the registry! A bit tedious, but if all else
fails this can be done - nero give instructions on their site somewhere on
how to do this.
Hope you don't have to do this and that you have got the

I active use Nero7. It works properly on Win Vista. All ittems are active
through the keyboard. This version is very similar like Nero6. But I could
not use Nero6, because of the errors. I strongly recommend Nero7 and High. I
am satisfied with Nero7. Try it.

beginning, but after a few versions, it was quite accessible.
