Hi Albert, The utility allows you to rip files in the mp3 pro, format. There are also a number of other available plug-ins that work in conjunction with the encoder utility for ripping to wma, ram or rm for real-player, aif, ak, flak, ogg vorbis, monkeys aif, etc. write me offlist and I can send you the encoder and all of the plug-ins.
