Pam! I don't remember the names of any ear plugs I sold. I used some
for a while when I was working in a noisy environment. They were like
pieces of foam rubber. You rolled them between your fingers, put them into
your ears and they expanded to make a tight fit. I wonder if hardware

Jerry, what types or brands of professional ear plugs did you sell?
I still haven't contacted a gun shop, but will do that.
I'm also wondering if Hobbytron, the vendor of several fm
transmitters, might have some. They sell a lot of hobby products,
including remote-control airplanes and cars.
You might be able to get high quality ear plugs at your local music
store. Musicians wear them all the time. I sold them in my music store.

Are these things sort of like those electronic large headsets you would use
out shooting that everything seems am
ronic some how,
noise limiting maybe but there is probably a better name for what these
headsets are.

Mac,
I just called our local music store. They did not have the Sonic
Noise Eliminators; but they do have a brand called Super
heroes. They run about $9 for a pack of 6 pairs. They are foam, and
are shaped to provide desired db elimination and are used by musicians.

Pam,
You could try to find "Sonic Noise Eliminators", at your favorite music
store; the last I heard they were around $9.95, but the price may have gone
up. They might be a little hard to find. I believe they were marketed by a
company called Norton. Good luck!

Mac Norins
