Pam,

You could try to find "Sonic Noise Eliminators", at your favorite music
store; the last I heard they were around $9.95, but the price may have gone
up. They might be a little hard to find. I believe they were marketed by a
company called Norton. Good luck!

Regards,

Mac Norins

Subject: Professional quality Ear Plugs For Concerts

I was talking with a drummer the other night, and he happened to
mention that there are musician's quality ear plugs for lowering db
range while listening to loud music.

Dave and I plan to go to hear one of our favorite bands on Saturday
night; in fact it is the band in which our friend the drummer plays.

The venue is rather small, and we're a little concerned about ear
damage. We don't go to a lot of loud concerts but when we do Dave
has begun to experience temporary hearing loss and I feel as though
something has plugged at least one ear.

We'd like to get high quality ear plugs so we can enjoy the music in
a balanced form without feeling as though our ears are, in fact,
plugged. If I understand our friend, this is what high quality ear plugs
do.

Can anyone tell me where I can find a good set of ear plugs, maybe
even on line? We'd like to get them by Saturday so on-line may be
faster with express shipping.

What brands should we look for and how much should we expect to pay
for a good pair?

Thanks in advance.

Pam
