I like CDex for what it does, but it hasn't been updated in ages.

There's a graphic I've some how managed to click on with the Jaws cursor
when tabbing through the cd ripper tab at the file selection location. Found
it by trial and error, if you have anyone who can look at the screen ghey
may be able to help you.

Unfortunately, that way of selecting a destination folder HAS become common
in many graphically-oriented programs. Jukka introduced it into Easy CDDA
Extractor in version 11.0
