Cdex. That's what most Cdex users do.
We rip with Cdex and burn with Nero.

f you just want to combine a couple of contiguous tracks, select just those
tracks and hit F10 as above.

will convert audio CD's to MP3 format.
I don't remember right off the top of my head where the program resides but
