You can rip all of your CD tracks as one continuous WAV or MP3 file using CDEX by selecting all tracks and then hitting function key F10. Choose which format you want from the resulting dialogue, edit the track name to your liking and then tab to ok. Press enter and you're good to go.
If you just want to combine a couple of contiguous tracks, select just those tracks and hit F10 as above.
