Hi Dana,Gene, RQJ and all who helped Thanks to RQJ for answering the pop up question , so I decided to look at that solution.The culprit was the yahoo task bar, which I did not know was installed. I disabled it in manage add-ons and went back to BBc 4 website and selected a Afternoon play.
