Lessed you are using a piece I am not familliar with, USB headsets act
as their own soundcards, not as relays for other soundcards. That function,
as far as I know, can be done with "Virtual audio repeater" (Google it).

Hi All, I am currently having some problems getting things to work
between my sound cards :-)
I have an on board Sound Card "Digital Output" going from coax to a
digital converter into optical. Great sound to play back - I have my
PC connected to my HiFi.
