I do know now that it appears to be MP4b that is designed with audio books
in mind. The search goes on.

I'd like some info and pointers to the benefits of working with MP4 for audio,
and some pointers to hardware, software players, encoding - in fact all about
it really.
The trouble with searching the net is that it seems MP4 is a broad standard
covering video and audio and a great deal else.
