I'd like some info and pointers to the benefits of working with MP4 for audio,
and some pointers to hardware, software players, encoding - in fact all about
it really.

The trouble with searching the net is that it seems MP4 is a broad standard
covering video and audio and a great deal else.

So, any guides relating particularly to MP4? Am I write in thinking that, for
example, tracks can be marked for navigating within a single file? If that's
so, then obviously each track wouldn't have to have it's own file, but be
contained within the one file. How about software for creating MP4 and its
usability with screen reading software?

Please someone, a few explanations and pointers please.

Thanks,
Ray.
