An LED display and a printed manual does not connote accessibility.

To be more specific, I don't know which model Mobile BlackBox I have but the
requirement was for the FM signal to go through three walls as well as the
roof to get to an external FM antenna 65 feet away. C. Crane could not do
the job; Mobile BlackBox could.

It is pretty basic and accessibility should not be an issue. You plug the
transmitter into the headphone jack on any device and it transmits a signal
to your stereo receiver. Then you tune your stereo to that signal.

Jim or anyone else,
How does the transmitter from Ramsey electronics compare with the C Crane
transmitter in terms of range and sound quality?

The FM transmitter sends a signal from your computer to your stereo receiver
and not to your computer.. It can also broadcast from any portable audio
device that has a headphone jack. But again, the signal is going to your FM
receiver, not to your computer. These transmitters are small affairs,
Rockbox is being developed for the IRiver line of products and this
development is almost over. I would wait until then. But if you can't, the
firmware is at www.rockbox.org, not dot com.
