it also stops if I pick it up. But regardless of what I place it on I will

and are you 100 % sure it's not electrical humming?
you can check that by touching it while you record. if it stops then it's
a grounding problem.

Hi list last week I did a show I am a comic and this was my best show ever they
recorded the show at the club and gave me the dvd. now when I go to play the
dvd it does not play and it can not be coppied so I believe that the dvd was
not finalized.
