I know WIND Chicago carries the Dennis Prager program from 11-2. You might
try Total Recorder for recording streams.

Yeah ... I remember my mom dictating into an APH desk model while using a
foot pedal to pause and restart it so her hands could be free to read
Braille while recording.

Brian,
I see what Patrick is saying. I'm not familiar with sound forge, but I'm
sure it would work as follows:
Record a silent file as long as your ambience file.
Play your ambient file up until the place you want it to get quieter.
At that point in the file, mix your silent file on top of your
Wow. Nice to feel all up to date when you've just purchased your giant
clunky Edirol R1! LOL! I won't be in the market for a new recorder for
years yet.

If you convert an mp3 to wav to work with, and then back to mp3, is the
sound quality considerably worse than with the mp3 you started with?
Thanks,

Dear PC-listers,
I'm not yet sure what the category of problem is, so I'll give you the
symptoms. As a couple of days ago, my computer speakers have developed
slightly more hiss than is normal. More annoyingly, the volume of my Winamp
and WMP media has gone way down. I think my Eloquence volume
page does not work, I suggested
to re-install your Internet Explorer. If you don't know how to do it,
please let me know and I will assist you.

Yeah, they just changed it this week. You still download from your library,
only there aren't 'archived programs or 'heard programs' links. Your titles
are all there on the library page. Mark the checkboxes next to the titles
of everything you want to download. The download link is down toward
at's configured correctly! Any suggestions?
Muchos Thanksos,
Sarah Heesen
PS - I am using JFW 5.0 if that means anything.
