I know WIND Chicago carries the Dennis Prager program from 11-2. You might
try Total Recorder for recording streams.

I love Dennis,

Subject: Unattended recording of audio stream for Dennis Prager

Hello, list,

I would like to obtain Dennis Prager's daily radio show as an MP3
file. I used to subscribe to a service for it but it has been
discontinued. So, short of someone else recording & sending it to me,
what would be the easiest way of recording it as it is streamed from
a radio station's website? I use XP pro and a single sound card for
Window-Eyes speech synthesis using Eloquence. Of course, I don't want
any speech to get included with the stream.

I suppose there is software to record streaming audio. Can it be
automated to come up and start at a specified time and record from a
specified URL? Or, must I get the stream going and then start recording?

Thanks for any advice.
Jeff
