Did you re-instal the programs as though you were putting together or did
you use a restore from some backup? In the former case I can't see how this
situation occurred. At this point I would do what Rob suggested and (without
Roxio on board, install the full Nero and then first uninstal
Now that's a good idea. Why didn't I think of it!

This all boils down to personal choice so I can only tell you mine. . I
went for the Book Courier. This device is specifically designed for the
blind & vision impaired. It handles 2 types of file, MP3 and text. In
the latter case it vocalizes the files so that you can listen to them.
