Try one more thing before reformatting.
first check your start up items to see if INCD is starting when you boot up.

reinstall nero,
reboot then check the start up items again.
you dont want nero or INCD to be checked.

 then uninstall INCD.
then uninstall Nero.


A couple of years ago, I had Nero & Roxio on my PC working together, but I
had to remove Nero & INCD from the start up items, 
because Roxio will not work if INCD is running in the background.
