Hello
Perseption of sound and quality is subjective and therefore I tend to go with
what I like the sound of. It depends on whether or not you like bassy or toppy
or somewhere in the middle.
Make of that viewpoint what you will.

They tend to have a good frequency response as others will testify on here.
I use a headset mic combi and I have no complaints.

To be honest, if it aint broke don't fix it.
You can leave the jitter correction on but you will find that it slows
things down.

It shouldn't really matter these days what speed you use.
Software is better at handling higher speeds than it used to be in the early
days.
There are people who still swear that using a lower speed is better for
ripping because of accuracy.
Hope this helps.

True, can't argue with that. However, if a good mixer is hooked up between
the computer and hifi, then surely some of the problem with amplifier noise
can be reduced, can't it?
I bowe to your knowledge.

Yeh, sorry about that, what you need to do is connect your hifi with
line-out sockets if you have them on the back of the hifi, that is if you
want to have the audio from the hifi to go to the computer.

Hi there
Yes you can burn these files on to a CD. You can also edit the files with
something like Goldwave or Sound forge to put the silence that you want.
Hope this is of some help to you.

Hi all
Just wondering if anybody knows what programme would play MPC files. I
thought the extention was wrong so altered it to MP3 and Windows media
player informed me that the extention did not match the actual format of the
file.
Any suggestions apreciated.
