I suppose it sort of depends on which program does a better job of cleaning up
audio.
You could do your edditing in Audacity.

I don't use it so can't help with it. I use Sound forge and it's nois
reduction pluggin. It works great for the
most part but it's pricier than Goldwav.

that DVD decrypter and Rip
