s witch I went to the setting sender in Jaws 18.

And in the search box for the settings I put in Jaws volume.

I think I've found a solution to help. I've had this same issue at one time
where every time skype would ring, my audio would lower. To fix this, if you
can get to your sis tray, arrow to the right, until you get to something
that says speakers/headphones or speaker
Now I remember many of us struggling many years ago with the problem I'm
