Hi all, I have a turntable that was given to me years ago. It has hard wired RCA leads. I have connected them to the line in of my soundcard but don't get any usable sound. All the volumes etc. are set properly because other devices connected work. Does anyone know what I need? -- Adam Morris

Anders, if I may. Does Hijack Pro allow recording directly from a live stream? Also, does the program allow one to record such an mp3 stream, as well as edit the results as an mp3 file, or does one have to convert to wav in order to edit, then save the final product back to mp3. TR allows me

Which operating system are you running? When I had Windows XP, it would bring up the scheduler, but I could never get it to work! Then when I went to Windows 7 (then if I tried to go to the scheduler) I was informed at this point that it was only available with the "pro" version! Tom Kaufman ---

You will have to go into skype options under advance/manage other programs and allow skype to use it. as for bringing up the msr window open the system tray "windows + b" and hit enter on skype recorder. You might have to do it twice. This should bring up the window where you will have 3 unlable

`with the new recorder I have you press the erase button and the recorder starts playing the file. sense the recorder is defaulted to no you have to press the rewind or fast forward button to change the message to yes then press THE play/enter to erase the file. - Original Message --
