That depends on your version of Jaws. I'm assuming you use Jaws.

To the best of my knowledge, Goldwave supports MP3 but I'm not aware of its
supporting Mp4 format unless there is a downloadable codec or plugin that
makes this possible. Perhaps someone on list can enlighten me and other

I don't think Goldwave supports MP4 files.
