make Skype more accessible and also uses SAPI voices to speak

Apple is going out of their way for their blind customers.
The first few iPods didn't have Voiceover on them.
But if you order them directly from them, by special request, they will
install Voice Over on them before they ship it to you.

Your response is closer to what things are really like in this regard.
However, if a person really wants to use a Classic or iPod Video they can
get the Rockbox software from www.rockbox .org to use on most of these
models. However, it has its' own menus, etc. and does not use iTunes.

prepared to fiddle a bit - the Effects in Audio Hijack Pro are accessible.
For example, select the "Effects" tab and navigate to the Scroll area, Interact

I just updated skype to the latest version with Jaws scripts using Jaws 11.

I know this because, I called and spoke to someone at Apple about the iPad a
few weeks ago.
But when I discovered I couldn't use that to make recordings, I decided to
get a Mack Book Pro instead.
