Hi Deb, If you wish to update the Victor Reader Stream, copy the file from your PC to your memory card. Put the card into the Stream, turn it on and plug your stream into a wall outlet while it does the update. It will tell you that it is updating. It will shut off after it is updated. The file is

Just be sure to unzip it onto your card. As the information that you should read first states, you do not need to place the file on a new card. As that same information also states, one of the features of the 3.0 update is that the file will automatically get deleted for you once you've updated
