If you want something not so expensive, checkout the better voice
recorders from Sony and Olympus.
The Sony ICD-SX57 has 256 megs of built-in memory and offers line-in
recording. You can even tell it to let you control the recording level
manually and turn a limiter on or off. However, it records

Hello Norma,
This is right up my ally.
I do a lot of this stuff in my spare time too as well.
To answer the first question, the line in jack on your sound card has a
volume control.
You can go in to my computer, then control panel, then sounds and audio
devices.
Once you get there, you will be on
Hi guys,
I have a digital piano I would like to use to do some recording on my
PC. The only output jack is called headphone/line out. The level is
not high enough to get an adequate signal to my sound card. I am
thinking I need a pre-amp, but don't know what to get. I am also
wondering if
I use this thing called Switch, free version first and then purchased it
after it proved to work well.
Don't know if that is what your looking for but that is all I got.

I don't know if it's accessible, and I don't know if the trial will go
through the complete act of doing it, but this thing called Note Burner will
theoretically create a virtual CD burner to use with their conventional
burning method that might work to get the job done. The trouble is that if

There is a peace of software that you can get to accomplish that task.
It is called, Switch Audio File Converter.
I don't remember the site address right at this moment, but I will find it
and get back to you with it.
My best regards to you!
John.

It makes no difference which program you use the best you will be able to do
is push the vocals farther back but the only way to fully remove them is to
have the original tracks so you could cut out that track alone. An mp3 is
already mixed down thus every track is blended.

I'm trying to get to grips with Adobe Audition3, but am having problems
trying to remove a vocal track from an mp3 file.
This particular software doesn't seem to be very accessible to speech
readers.
Do you know of any other piece of software, that could do the job instead of

Some people still can do it, but no one knows why. The sure way to do
it is with Soundtaxi. Use Soundtaxi to convert the files to .wav
format and then use Goldwave to do anything else.

Yes,
pogo at "pogoproducts.com" has the Radio Your Way LX, which allows for input
recording via a mini plug. It also has am/fm radio built right into the player
with timer recording capabilities.
there was however speculation they were discontinuing the item here in the
states due to a law sui
