Hi all! I managed to get sound taxi installed on my system and registered without any major mishaps. However, when I played back a song which I had converted, I noticed that it skipped. It's a song from rhapsody, and I was converting from the original wma format to a 192K (they called it 190 K)

Hi Gary. The zen stoen is so simple that a manual really isn't necessary. As Alison has discovered, you do have to hold the play button for 2 to 3 seconds and then wait 10 to 15 seconds for playback to start. I'd recommend taking a look at the following site to get a good overview of the play
