The Winamp Library is VERY difficult to navigate. It requires a lot of awkward use of the JAWS cursor (or WE equivalent). But, if you're good at that, click on the section of the library treeview labeled AOL Radio with XM. An HTML-style page will appear with a listing of the various categories

If you're talking about streaming audio, you're basically asking if it's possible to speed up time, to which the answer is essentially no, unless you're good at tampering with physics.
