If you're talking about streaming audio, you're basically asking if it's
possible to speed up time, to which the answer is essentially no, unless
you're good at tampering with physics. If you mean prerecorded clips on
the Net, Windows Media can do it, the Pacemaker plugin allows Winamp to
do it, and no doubt there are other solutions.
